Clear Expectations for a Clean, Safe, and Respectful Stay
At Canyon Springs RV Resort in Caldwell, Idaho, we’re committed to maintaining a peaceful, well-maintained community for all guests. Please review the following policies before your stay. These guidelines ensure a consistent experience and help us protect the quality of life for both short-term and long-term residents.
Guest & Visitor Guidelines
- Check-In Time: 12:00 PM
- Check-Out Time: 11:00 AM
- Office Hours: Mon–Fri, 9AM–11:30AM and 12:30PM–3PM; Sat–Sun: Closed
- Guest Registration: All visitors must be registered. Unregistered overnight guests are not permitted.
- Age Requirement: Guests must be 21+ to book. The 55+ section is reserved for residents aged 55 or older.
Pet Policies
- Pet Limit: 2 pets per site
- Leashes Required: All pets must be leashed when outside
- Clean-Up: Pet owners must clean up after their animals immediately
- Aggressive Behavior: Breeds or animals exhibiting aggression will not be permitted
- Pet Areas: Use designated areas for pet walks
Site Use and Maintenance
- RV Standards: All RVs must be well maintained and free of visible damage
- Skirting: Required for long-term winter stays (October–March)
- Modifications: No permanent structures or site modifications without management approval
- Utilities: Guests are responsible for proper water, sewer, and electric hookups
Billing and Payments
- Monthly Rent: Due on the 1st of each month
- Late Fee: Applies after a 5-day grace period
- Utilities: Included unless otherwise noted in your agreement
- Forms of Payment: Accepted methods will be confirmed during application process
